| Welcome to Wearside Arsenal FC We are a purely new start-up club dedicated to bringing the game we love to players aged 50 and over. Whether you are looking to pull your boots back on after a long break, try the sport for the very first time, or simply stay active, our doors are open to everyone—regardless of experience or ability.Our primary focus is on enjoying social kickabouts, fostering a fantastic team spirit, and staying healthy in a supportive environment. While we love a fun, relaxed weekly game, we also have ambitions to enter local leagues and tournaments for those who fancy a bit of friendly competition. As a brand-new setup, we are currently gathering our squad. Once we get enough numbers locked in, we will sort out a permanent venue for the team’s sessions. If you are 50+, want to improve your fitness, and want to be part of a team right from day one, we would love to have you on board. Come along, get involved, and help us build this new community! |
