Polis and Latchi Lions WFC was started in July 2021 in Cyprus initially with a men's team with ages ranging from fifty years old to seventy-five years old. The team is popular with the large expat community and now also boasts a flourishing ladies team, our very own Lionesses.
Training is held twice a week, interspersed with friendlies and league matches with other Cyprus based teams. Games are also played against visiting UK teams. The Lions also tour abroad and have a strong social side for players and non players alike. Fun, football, fitness and friendship.
