| Sessions will be held on Astro at Wirksworth Leisure Centre. Fridays 6-7pm. Open to ages 40+ for both men and women. Starting mid April 2026 Intension on the group will be of a social nature without a competitive element. This is so we can provide a outlet to better the mental health wellbeing of our community. |
