| We run a Walking Football session for women from 30+ with no upper limit – age is no barrier.
We are a friendly band who play small-sided games (5-9 players) but the focus at our weekly sessions is on building skills and understanding of the game. Friendly matches and tournaments are available as an option. Walking football is just that – no running – but it can be surprisingly fast. It is also non-contact with the ball staying low (no headers) and no tackling. We welcome anyone whether complete newcomers, people wanting to come back to the game at an older age, or maybe you are just recovering from an injury. |
