We're a very new, informal group, for men and women, with the emphasis on getting moving, improving fitness, having a laugh and meeting new people. The exercise and fresh air does wonders for your mental health as well.

While we don't currently field a league team, the hope is that we eventually reach the required standards, and numbers, to start training and competing in a Walking Football league as Erith Town, but we will always keep the informal group, playing for fun, as the core of what we do.
