| We run several sessions during the week, as follows: Monday evenings 7.00 – 8.00 pm. This session attracts some of our ‘younger’ members who are over 50 but still working daytime. These sessions are held at the Silverlake Stadium.Thursdays we have 3 sessions. The first is for our ‘older’ players (we call them ‘The Academy’) which starts at 11 am. This is also suitable for those returning from injury, who might prefer a gentler type of game. We then run back to back sessions at 12 noon and 1 pm. The Thursday sessions tend to be made up more of players retired from work, mainly 60’s and 70’s but again, all are welcome. (including ladies). These sessions are held at Places Leisure, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh. We have a simple booking system for Mondays and Thursdays, which members are aware of.Sunday afternoons 3pm – 4.30. This is our dedicated ladies session and once introduced to the club, new members will be given access to the method of registering to play on Sundays. These sessions are held at the Silverlake Stadium.Wednesday afternoon 2.15 – 4 pm. This is our ‘Mobility’ session for those less able. These sessions are held at Places Leisure, indoor in colder months, outdoor when the weather gets warmer. |
