Details about the club and the sessions you run

We are a club that works voluntarily in local communities. Most clubs operate an over 50s policy, along with competitive games and friendly matches. Cardiff Walking Football Club does not advise over 50s only, with most over 40 and up to 80 years of age. The sport should be for everybody's enjoyment and fun for both males and females. We are fully inclusive having players with disabilities, mental health problems and or physical injuries. Others may not have played football before but are looking to gain fitness or loose weight and be amongst old friends and to gain new ones. Our values are:Together Everyone Achieves More.

Training sessions are Sundays from 11am to 12.30pm. We are hoping to add Tuesday evening sessions back to the weekly schedule once covid restrictions are lifted.
