| Our club has a Ladies Over 35s team. We train on the 3G pitch on Weds 7-8pm from Apr- Sept (then Tues 6pm-7pm from Sept- Apr) and also Sundays 10am-11am. Alongside our training session we also offer a small group session of any age ie 18+ ladies who just want a fun fitness session using basic football skills, again no experience necessary We also have extra sessions indoors at Caerwent Hall on Fridays 10am-11am. We are a friendly, mixed ability group, no experience needed, players can play in matches if wanted but are welcome just to attend training if they prefer. We are in various leagues and enjoy friendly games against other clubs too. Please contact us for more info Come along and meet us, we look forward to welcoming you |
