Boldmere St Michaels (BSM) Walking Football, known as ‘The Walking Mikes’, was formed in 2017 as a sub-section of Boldmere St Michaels FC. There is also an active BSM women’s section.

The BSM Walking Football men’s section has over 60 members, ranging in ages from 45 to 75, and is still growing.

BSM runs three Walking Football training sessions a week:
Monday: 13:00-14:00
Wednesday: 19:30-20:30
Friday: 16:25-17:25

BSM also competes in the Birmingham County Walking Football League (BCWFL) in several different age groups, with matches taking place fortnightly on either Wednesday or Sunday.

In addition, BSM hosts a number of friendlies, tournaments and social events throughout the year to raise funds, encourage participation and build lasting friendships.
