Sessions usually weekly, Fridays 11am. Currently free to play but may charge a small fee in the future. Mixed-sessions for both men and women.

Sessions are ran by an experienced Walking Football coach with assistance from Teesside University researchers.

Although the focus is on Walking Football, we are open to implementing other sports if there is interest. Sessions are two hours so we have plenty of time. We also have tea/coffee/biscuits ready for after the session which everyone is welcome for.
