Details about the club and the sessions you run

We have a great group on a Friday (Cinderford) and on a Monday (Lydney) where we use the local freedom leisure centre indoor sports hall for both sessions.
Sessions open to anyone in the forest of Dean area.
Fun friendly bunch.
All genders welcome and over 50's generally (but some places for 40 plus also)
