| We are a Walking Football club within Killingworth YPFC. We train outside on 3G every Tuesday morning from 10-45 -12:30 We start with a gentle warm up and stretches then raise the heart rate before starting to play. We regularly have 16-20 players each week. Everyone is welcome -though we encourage competition and look for players who want to improve their playing ability. We have a 60's team in the Durham League and 50's and 60's in WFA cup. The club has a cafe on site and after training many players have a shower then a coffee and chat. We have a sponsor who has helped with providing kit and who bought us a defibrillator which is with us at every session and match played. We charge £5 each training session -£1 of which goes into a draw for a player to Win £15 each week. We also charge a nominal membership fee |
