Get back to feeling fitter at your new local club, Dynamo Haslemere Walkers FC, fully backed by Waverley Borough Council • Low impact, indoor football (no weather issues) – a slower version of the beautiful game • Meet up with friends, old and new at your local club • Feel fitter a bit at a time and stay healthy – lowers heart rate and blood pressure, less fat and more muscle, and better mobility • No pressure, no jargon, just a great value, enjoyable activity • A friendly welcome and no membership fees • Walking football is endorsed and encouraged by The Walking Football Association and by both Age UK and The FA Sessions will be held in the indoor Sports Hall at The Edge Leisure Centre.
